Fair Price Legal focuses on providing the best and most aggressive legal representation available for a reasonable fee. We believe our law firm is different from others because we concentrate on trying to keep client fees and costs low, as opposed to focusing on billable hours. You may be asking, "okay, since Fair Price Legal isn't legal aid, pro bono, free or budget legal services, how are its fees and costs lower than other attorneys?" The answer is simple, but uncommon among most other attorneys and law firms. If Fair Price Legal can keep its costs low, then it can pass those savings to its clients.

First, the current pandemic (COVID-19 and its many mutations), has shown the world in general that we can still get things done, just in a different way. Specifically in Florida courts, some judges have modified the way they conduct hearings by using teleconference sites such as ZOOM to conduct their hearings. There has also been a rise in telephonic hearings. All these "off-site" ways to move through the court process, decreases the amount of time a lawyer or law firm has to spend travelling to court. Travel expenses may include things like gas, parking fees, having extra staff to help with files, etc. The cost travelling to court for an hour and parking is much different from the costs associated with having a Zoom, Teams, or other teleconference hearing.

Likewise, Fair Price Legal changed the way it assists its clients and the community. Fair Price Legal is 21st century law firm. Unlike traditional lawyers and law firms, we modified our office to work mostly off-site and virtual. That means costs associated with operating a brick-and-mortar full time office are low or non-existent, and we can pass those savings to you. Fair Price Legal uses state-of-the art secure software, programs, and apps, that allow us to represent our clients efficiently and securely in a virtual setting without compromising quality and effectiveness.

Our 21st century law firm allows us to help people throughout the entire State of Florida not just within a limited area close to an address of a building. We represent clients from Key West to Pensacola and everywhere else in this wonderful state of ours. Clients and prospective clients can upload forms, fill out forms, have forms notarized, make payments, face-to-face meet with us, within minutes, not hours.

Of course, there are times when we will have to be physically present in court or to meet with our clients, prospective clients, witnesses, and so forth. Fair Price Legal has that covered. Our office is connected to 75-locations throughout the State of Florida. So, what does that mean? MARIO R. THEODORE

I suppose I am not the "average" attorney or what some people may think attorneys are like. I don't think I know everything and don't act like I do. However, what I do know, I know well. I didn't dream of becoming a lawyer ever since I was a child. I didn't immediately go to college once I graduated from high school, and I didn't attend law school in my 20's. I was born and raised in inner-city Chicago and prior to becoming an attorney, I was married, had 2 daughters and was working on a decade of being an officer with the Cook County Sheriff's Department. Through the years I have worked with, and worked for different agencies and clients. I mention these things because I strongly believe that a truly competent attorney should have life experience in addition to "book" learning. It may sound incredible but I actually became a lawyer because I didn't like or trust a lot of lawyers, and I wanted to make a difference in the community and especially for people that were disadvantaged and unprivileged. I have been a licensed attorney in Florida since 2007 and have helped hundreds if not thousands of people in divorce, child custody, child support, criminal cases (former Assistant Public Defender), and a myriad of other legal matters. I am a voracious reader and will be a lifetime student of humanity. If I don't readily know an answer I will definitely find the answer and ultimately a solution.
